MCCB-Type LM with Static Trip Release

  • Available from 1.6A to 800 A in 3 frame sizes, for 3P and 4P configuration.
  • High accuracy in trip characteristics & reliability with military grade electronic components in static trip release.
  • Patented self repulsion current limiting contacts for high breaking capacity.
  • Free from the effect of ambient temperature.
  • Field testing facility through special 'test socket' without removing MCCB from installation.
  • Continuously adjustable settings for
       -   overload (50% to 100% Ith)
       -   Short Circuit (2 to 10 times Ir)
  • User friendly field fittable accessories:
       -   Alarm & auxiliary switch.
       -   Shunt release.
       -   Undervoltage release.
       -   Eartfault protection through adjustable Earth fault module.
       -   Front drive kits.
       -   Terminal shroud kit.
  • Confirms to Standard-IS13947-2-1993 and IEC 60947-2.
  • Ideally suited for motor application. Selection of MCCB are based on motor FLC & not on starting current.
  • Special range Curve X MCCB for Motor Protection disconnects the circuit through external contactor in case of overloads, hence increases the life of MCCB contacts.Also eliminates the need for BMR in the circuit

  • Range: 16 to 100A, 10 KA, 415V AC.
  • Available in 1 pole and 3 pole versions.
  • Breaking capacity - 10KA.
  • Confirms to IS 13947 -2-1993.
  • Can be used in large multistoried buildings & commercial complexes, distribution transformer circuits and DC distribution circuits.
  • Type DL:
       -   Has been specially designed for mounting in Diesel locomotive applications.
       -   Range: Single pole- 15A to 200A, 130V DC.
